Abstract
We report a novel DNA lesion-modified nanotweezer that underwent conformational switching upon ALKBH enzyme-mediated lesion repair. We demonstrated that the DNA lesion-modified nanotweezer enabled specific and rapid monitoring of ALKBH2 and ALKBH3 activities and screening of inhibitors.
