Abstract
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) poses a growing global health threat. Nanomedicine, combined with drug repurposing, may help extend the effective lifespan of current and new antimicrobials. This review, presents an Australian perspective on nanotechnology-based therapies, highlighting scientific and clinical challenges.
