Abstract
We report a case of disseminated histoplasmosis with plurifocal lytic lesions in bones, lungs, lymph nodes, and brain in a 67-year-old patient with viral cirrhosis B. The diagnostic error led to a six-month delay in treatment. It is necessary to know how to evoke this diagnosis when faced with diffuse bone lesions in West or Central Africa.
