Because the surgical site is so small, access to this area can be very challenging necessitating microscopic magnification. Soft tissue augmentation was accomplished using microscalpels expressly designed to allow customization and bendability with a blade width of less than a millimeter. Magnification of the surgical site also permits visibility and accessibility. Abstract
