Health Week is an initiative implemented at a hospital in Madrid aimed at promoting the health, well-being and self-care of its employees. This pilot health promotion project is part of a broader initiative to encourage healthy lifestylesby offering activities during and outside the working day that generate physical, social and emotional well-being.
