Abstract
Immune checkpoint inhibitor-related sclerosing cholangitis is most commonly associated with PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors. Kuraoka and colleagues report a novel case of cholangitis as an immune-mediated adverse event caused by durvalumab, with findings suggestive of the diagnosis observed on a cholangiogram obtained by endoscopic retrograde cholangiography.
