Subdirect sums of partially doubly strictly diagonally matrices

Abstract

The class of partially doubly strictly diagonally (for shortly, $PDSDD$) matrices is a new subclass of nonsingular H-matrices. In this paper, we focus on the subdirect sum of $PDSDD$ matrices, and some sufficient conditions guaranteeing that the subdirect sum of $PDSDD$ matrices is in the class of $PDSDD$ matrices are provided. Moreover, we also present some numerical examples to illustrate the corresponding results.
