The study highlights the importance of synergistic effects in retail site selection, with traditional retail thriving in economically developed and mobile regions, new retail in high-density office areas, and community retail in affluent residential areas. Abstract

Urban retail sector plays a vital role in economies, with various models like traditional retail, new retail, and community retail emerging due to economic development and changing consumer habits.
