Microesferofaquia asociada a miosis congénita: ¿casualidad o causalidad?

Abstract

Congenital miosis and microspherophakia are rare congenital disorders of the anterior chamber that are associated with multiple other ophthalmological and systemic disiases or disorders. Nevertheless, the association of these two entities had not been previously described yet. We present the case of a 2-years-old male patient without other relevant past medical history that presented with microspherophakia-related high myopia associated with congenital miosis.
