The <span><math><msub><mrow><mi>H</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>∞</mo></mrow></msub></math></span>, <span><math><msub><mrow><mi>L</mi></mrow><mrow><mn>2</mn></mrow></msub><mo>−</mo><msub><mrow><mi>L</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>∞</mo></mrow></msub></math></span>, passivity and <span><math><mo>(</mo><mi>Q</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>S</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>R</mi><mo>)</mo><mo>−</mo><mi>α</mi></math></span>-dissipative performances of the system can also be satisfied by tuning the weighting matrices. In this paper, a novel sampling-based DETM with flexible parameters and dynamic internal variable is proposed for the first time. It effectively reduces unnecessary continuous monitoring and improves the utilization of network resources. Then, an output feedback-based fuzzy control protocol is designed for the situation where the state information is not completely known. Furthermore, a sufficient condition for MAS to achieve scale consensus while satisfying the EDP is obtained using Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality methods. Abstract

This paper focuses on the scaled consensus problem of interval type-2 Takagi-Sugeno (IT-2 T-S) fuzzy multi-agent systems with external disturbance under directed graphs on the basis of dynamic event-triggered mechanisms (DETMs). The H, L2L, passivity and (Q,S,R)α-dissipative performances of the system can also be satisfied by tuning the weighting matrices. The theory of fuzzy sets now encompasses a well organized corpus of basic notions including (and not restricted to) aggregation operations, a generalized theory of relations, specific measures of information content, a calculus of fuzzy numbers. Fuzzy sets are also the cornerstone of a non-additive uncertainty theory, namely possibility theory, and of a versatile tool for both linguistic and numerical modeling: fuzzy rule-based systems. Numerous works now combine fuzzy concepts with other scientific disciplines as well as modern technologies. In mathematics fuzzy sets have triggered new research topics in connection with category theory, topology, algebra, analysis. Fuzzy sets are also part of a recent trend in the study of generalized measures and integrals, and are combined with statistical methods. Furthermore, fuzzy sets have strong logical underpinnings in the tradition of many-valued logics.
