The key purpose of this paper is to develop a controller based on discrete-time observations for both modes and states to achieve stability of the controlled system. We establish some new stability criteria for hybrid neutral-type stochastic systems with non-differentiable delay under high nonlinearity. The sufficient stability criteria of asymptotic stability, exponential stability and <span><math><msub><mrow><mi>H</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>∞</mo></mrow></msub></math></span> stability are established. Abstract
In this paper, we discuss a kind of unstable hybrid neutral stochastic systems with non-differentiable delays, whose coefficients satisfy polynomial growth conditions. The key purpose of this paper is to develop a controller based on discrete-time observations for both modes and states to achieve stability of the controlled system. We establish some new stability criteria for hybrid neutral-type stochastic systems with non-differentiable delay under high nonlinearity. The sufficient stability criteria of asymptotic stability, exponential stability and stability are established. Finally, an example is given to verify our theoretical results.
