He was diagnosed with high-volume bladder cancer and a 6 × 5 cm left enhancing renal mass (Image 1).</div></div><div><h3>Results</h3><div>Console time was 215 min, with an estimated blood loss of 500 mL. Abstract
Objective
To present a surgical video showing the feasibility of single-port radial nephroureterectomy with radial cystoprostatectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.
Patients and surgical procedure
53-year-old male with renal failure on hemodialysis secondary to adult polycystic kidney disease and past surgical history of right nephrectomy and right hemicolectomy for colon cancer. He was diagnosed with high-volume bladder cancer and a 6 × 5 cm left enhancing renal mass (Image 1).
