Abstract
A 60-year-old man presented with refractory granuloma faciale. After unsuccessful treatment with dapsone, hydroxychloroquine, and radiotherapy, treatment with intralesional rituximab was initiated. This led to a steady improvement in the lesions without serious side effects.
