Abstract

Small Colony Variant

The phenotypic instability of small colony variants (SCVs) complicates investigating their role in osteomyelitis. Min Ge, Yunfeng Chen, and co-workers clarified the pathogenic mechanism of clinically isolated SCVs with hpt mutations and proposed a nanomedicine system for co-delivering antibiotics to treat SCV-associated osteomyelitis. More details are available in article number 202410781.
