With the use of scale surveys and structural equation modelling, this study investigated the driving mechanism of dust prevention behaviour tendency among coal miners under the influence of internal force field, situational force field, and group dynamics from the perspective of force field. It was found that coal miners with a strong tendency towards dust prevention behaviour under the influence of internal force field were more likely to form dust prevention behaviour under the moderating effect of situational force field and group dynamics. This study provided theoretical and empirical references for coal miners, coal mining enterprises, and governments to effectively prevent and control occupational hazards caused by dust. Abstract

As the direct subject of dust hazards, it is crucial for coal miners to actively participate in dust prevention to reduce harm. 力场作用下煤矿工人防尘行为的揭示机理
煤矿职工作为粉尘危害的直接主体,积极参与粉尘防治工作,减少危害至关重要。采用尺度调查和结构方程模型,从力场的角度研究了内力场、情境力场和群体动力学影响下煤矿工人防尘行为倾向的驱动机制。结果发现,内力作用下粉尘防护行为倾向较强的煤矿工人,在情境力场和群体动力的调节作用下,更容易形成粉尘防护行为。本研究为煤矿工人、煤矿企业和政府有效防治粉尘职业危害提供了理论和实证参考。对完善扬尘治理体制机制,引导治理模式创新变革,提高治理效率,完善协同治理的基本保障,促进矿工安全健康水平的提高,具有重要的决策参考价值。
