Abstract

A fluorescence spectroscopy study has been carried out on the interaction of Hoechst 33258 (H33258) with single-stranded (ss-)polyribonucleotides poly(rA) and poly(rU) and double-stranded (ds)-poly(rA)–poly(rU).
