Abstract

We studied ozone generation of a surface dielectric discharge in an annular space of the cylindrical discharge chamber with tangential air input and four axial outputs. To enhance this generation, we focused on the combined effect of electric field distribution and streamline’s orientation concerning the active electrode by adjusting its geometry to a particular airflow.
