Abstract

Aim: This study aimed to describe patients, relatives and nurses' experiences of specialised palliative home care.

Design: Integrated literature review.

Methods: The review was performed using the PRISMA 2020 Statement. The searches were conducted in Cinahl, PubMed and Scopus.

Results: Eighteen articles were selected. An overall theme 'co-creation for personalised home care' emerged, based on three categories: 'Safe and secure care', 'Care based on wishes and needs' and 'Relatives' caring role'.
