Additionally, a brief review of potential predictive biomarkers in enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of Akt inhibitors is presented. Identifying biomarkers that can reliably predict patient response to treatment is crucial for personalizing cancer therapies and improving overall treatment outcomes.
