Dental College and Hospital, Srinagar.</p><p><strong>Materials and methods: </strong>Thirty subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group A or PRF group and group B or non-PRF group with fifteen patients in each group. Clinical parameters such as implant mobility and bleeding on probing were recorded. The radiographic parameters such as bone density in Hounsfield units (HU) and marginal bone loss (mm) were measured using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).</p><p><strong>Statistical analysis used: </strong>For intergroup analysis of data, Student's independent t-test and Chi-square test were employed. The paired t-test and McNemar test were applied for intragroup analysis of data.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>No significant difference in the mean marginal bone level scores between PRF group and non-PRF group (intergroup) at baseline and at 3 months was observed.
