The results indicated that GPNMB is specifically expressed in all SEGAs, distinguishing it from other morphologically similar tumours. Abstract

Subependymal giant cell astrocytomas (SEGAs) are neoplasms that exhibit slow growth patterns and are closely associated with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC).
