Abstract
We present the results of using a domestically produced component base for the creation of subcarrier wave quantum communication systems. It is shown that such systems demonstrate a quantum bit generation rate of about 10 kbit/s with a channel loss of 1 dB and quantum error coefficient below 3%. We discuss advances in domestic laser sources and spectral filtering methods for using them in subcarrier wave quantum communication systems.
