Histopathological analysis of the two biopsies revealed inflammatory necrotic granulation tissue.Conclusion: Nasal extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma presenting with non-specific symptoms could easily lead to misdiagnosis. Abstract

Background: Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTCL-NT) is a rare, highly invasive Epstein-Barr virus associated hematological malignant tumor with an unfavorable prognosis.
