Abstract
Understanding the charge-formation and current-extraction dynamics of a zero-dimensional/two-dimensional (0D/2D) hybrid system remains challenging. Here, by incorporating 0D carbon quantum dots with 2D F–C functionalized graphene, we designed UV photodetectors that exhibit an outstanding photoresponsivity of 4.66 × 106 A W−1 and noise-involved detectivity of 2.7 × 1017 jones, demonstrating frequency-dependent noise suppression.
