Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on cervical precancerous lesions and prognostic factors.

Methods

173 patients diagnosed with cervical precancerous lesions and treated with PDT were included. Univariate analysis was performed on human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, patient age, number of treatments and number of medications before and after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction.

Results
