The solution of the problem is obtained in the transformed field of Laplace and Hankel transforms using eigen value approach in dimensionless form. The solution in the transformed form is inverted numerically for a specific model using a numerical inversion technique for integral transforms through a programme code in MATLAB. The numerical results are discussed graphically, and the impact of the fractional order parameter on various field quantities (normal stress, shear stress, equilibrated stresses and temperature distribution) is observed. Abstract
