Les nouveaux blocs : corrélation anatomoclinique

Abstract

Cet article fait une description anatomique complète des blocs les plus récemment décrits, en la mettant en parallèle avec les résultats escomptés. Il s’agit du bloc au canal des adducteurs, du bloc du carré des lombes, du bloc des érecteurs du rachis, des blocs IPACK et PENG du bloc ilio-fascial supra-inguinal et des blocs interpectoral et du serratus.

This manuscript provides a complete anatomical description of the more recently described peripheral nerve blocks in relation with their expected effect. This relies with the adductor canal block, the quadratus lumborum block, the erector spinae block, the IPACK and PENG blocks, the supra-inguinal fascia iliaca block and the interpectoral and serratus plane block.
