She had no recent risk factors for infection apart from a minor transvaginal gynecological procedure that involved hysteroscopy with dilation and curettage for uterine polyps.</p><p><strong>Observations: </strong>Abdominal wound cultures grew Cutibacterium acnes, Corynebacterium species, and Mycobacterium chelonae. Abstract
