Abstract

Magneto-Optoelectronic Devices

In article number 2403624, Yuyan Wang, Cheng Song, Feng Pan, and co-workers demonstrate the controllable photoresponse by magnetic fields in 2D optoelectronic devices at room temperature. The magneto-photoresponse is achieved by using 2D magnets with the magneto-band structure effect as the contacts, which is applicable to realize reconfigurable photodetectors for in-sensor computing. This finding shows a new perspective for constructing in-sensor machine vision systems with gate-free architectures.
