Thus, our data suggest that carnosic acid prevents lung metastasis, possibly by suppressing integrin expression. Abstract

Carnosic acid is a naturally occurring, plant-derived polyphenolic abietane diterpene with anti-tumor properties. However, its underlying mechanisms are still unclear.
