Based on their effects on GHRH-R, these GHRH analogues can be classified as GHRH-R agonists and antagonists. Abstract

Growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) is a crucial endocrine hormone that exerts its biological effects by binding to specific receptors on the cell surface, known as GHRH receptors (GHRH-R).
