Dinkelbach’s transform and complex fractional programming algorithms are also invoked to transform these two subproblems into convex optimization problems and obtain the optimal solution for each sub-problem. Numerical results validate the proposed algorithm’s feasibility, fast convergence, and flexibility. Abstract
