Sensitive and portable intelligent detection platform construction and dietary risk assessment of procymidone in Chinese leek, cowpea and celery

This study introduces a pretreatment device and an intelligent quantification method for PRM in Chinese leek, cowpea, and celery using a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) integrated with a smartphone.
