A method for 3D modeling of aircraft-engine blade profiles based on laser measurement point cloud data is proposed to address the difficulties in measuring the 3D morphology of aircraft-engine blades and the low modeling accuracy. This method first preprocesses the measured point cloud and then uses Poisson's algorithm to reconstruct the blade surface in three dimensions based on the calculation of the point cloud normal. Through error statistical analysis, the overall reconstruction effect is good.
