[Aspergillus and the lung].

Abstract

Aspergillus is a ubiquitary mold, with whom the human has often contact. Normally Aspergillus is not a pathogen for the immunocompetent subject, but it can be source of infections in the immunocompromised patient or in the persons with structural pneumological pathologies. In other subjects it can elicit allergic reactions or immunological response. These different pathologies are various and often difficult to diagnose. We propose here a view of these different pathologies.
