[Integrative organization of the care pathway for the elderly bronchial cancer patient at Rennes University Hospital].

Abstract

In response to the need for high-quality care for elderly patients with bronchial cancer, the pneumology and oncogeriatrics units have developed an integrative care pathway. It is the result of collaboration between the advanced practice nurse in oncopneumology, the coordinating nurse and the oncogeriatric physician.
