In article number 2400513, Qin and co-workers review the hyaluronic acid (HA) receptor-mediated nanomedicines and targeted therapy. HA exhibits multiple endogenous cellular receptors. Based on ligand-receptor interactions, HA-modified nanomedicines can target and bind to overexpressed cellular receptors, which are widely used in the treatment of diseases such as tumors and inflammation.
