Abstract

Cover image: The procedure of MANTIS Clip (Boston Scientific, Tokyo, Japan) closure. (a) A 40 × 30 mm defect. (b) Grasping the mucosal edge of the defect using the MANTIS Clip. (c) Dragging the mucosal edge to the opposite side. (d) Reopening the clip and closing the defect. (e) The center of the defect was closed. (f) Complete closure using the MANTIS Clip with conventional clips. (g) Schematic image of MANTIS Clip closure.
