The wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of vulcanized PBR/PIR composites plasticized with 5 phr <em>cis</em>-1,4 liquid rubbers were significantly improved. Abstract

High cis-1,4 liquid polybutadiene (cLBR) and polyisoprene (cLIR) with narrow molecular weight distribution were prepared by the chain-transfer coordination polymerization.
