Myofunctional therapy through the Trainer System™ was implemented in this case for the treatment of class II malocclusion in mixed dentition. Abstract
Myofunctional trainer for kids (T4K, Myofunctional Research Co., Australia) is a prefabricated, single-size functional appliance that claims to correct malocclusion at an early age by acting on muscular dysfunctions and repositioning the mandible in a forward direction.
