Abstract
The light rays trajectories in Kerr metric, resulting from Fermat's
principle, are considered from the point of view of integrable systems. It is
shown how the counterpart of Carter constant emerges as a result of
coupling-constant metamorphosis. The latter provides a convenient method of
describing the null geodesics in Kerr metric.
