The Kendall's harmonization coefficients for the primary, secondary, and tertiary indicators were 0.350, 0.341, and 0.146, respectively. The popularization of the emergency science capacity system has a certain scientific and practical significance, which is of guidance to the competency of nurses in public health emergencies.Patient or public contributionNo patient or public contribution.
