The control experiments, Stern-Volmer quenching, and cyclic voltammetry studies support a reaction pathway involving the generation of allenyl radicals via photo-mediated N-O bond scission, intramolecular 1,5-HAT process, the resonance to propargylic radicals, and coupling.
