Abstract

The aim of this research is to highlight the role of manager's profile in the adoption of social innovation in industrial companies. It has used a quantitative methodology, with a questionnaire administered to 176 managers of Cameroonian industrial companies. The results of the hypotheses tests were derived from the multifactorial ANOVA and multiple linear regression analyses.
