Its use as therapy in prostate cancer (PC) has been assessed in the VISION, TheraP, and PSMAfore clinical trials conducted with the radioligand [<sup>177</sup>Lu]Lu-PSMA-617, demonstrating significant antitumor activity. Theragnostic is a type of precision medicine that uses molecules linked to radioactive isotopes for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
