This case report highlights a 28-year-old male who underwent bilateral limb lengthening surgery in Turkey, experiencing serious complications.</p><p>While existing data on cosmetic tourism mainly focuses on plastic and bariatric surgeries, documentation specific to orthopaedic cases is limited.
