Over the years, Tobacco Science & Technology has closely focused on the scientific research priorities of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (SATMA) in selecting topics for manuscripts, and is an important source of data for the industry's innovation performance appraisal, identification of enterprise technology centres, assessment and evaluation of the industry's key laboratories and engineering research centres, as well as technical title evaluation, etc., and is also the journal designated by the SATMA for international academic exchanges.
