Meta-analysis pooled the results across both provinces.</p><p><strong>Main outcome measures: </strong>All cause mortality.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>There were 512 pregnant people diagnosed with cancer at <20 weeks' gestation and 782 diagnosed with cancer at <37 weeks' gestation.
