Clinical applications of BTK inhibitors in dermatological diseases such as pemphigus, chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and atopic dermatitis are explored, highlighting recent advancements and ongoing clinical trials.
