Its pathogenesis is complex, lacks specific manifestations, and has a low positive culture rate, making early diagnosis and personalized treatment still a challenge for clinicians. Epidemiological studies on twins have shown that genetic factors are associated with neonatal sepsis. Gene polymorphisms are closely related to susceptibility, disease development, and prognosis. Abstract
Neonatal sepsis is a common and severe infectious disease with a high mortality rate. Its pathogenesis is complex, lacks specific manifestations, and has a low positive culture rate, making early diagnosis and personalized treatment still a challenge for clinicians.
